Job Description

– Lead B2B sales efforts across multiple branches, achieving revenue and growth targets.

– Manage and mentor sales teams, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction.

– Build and maintain strong relationships with key business clients, distributors, and partners.

– Develop sales strategies and implement effective plans to grow in market share.

– Collaborate with branch operations and marketing teams to optimize sales and delivery processes.

Job Qualification

-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

– Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in B2B sales management, with at least 2 years in a branch or multi-location management role.

– Strong B2B sales experience, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a manufacturing or industrial sales environment

– Ability to address challenges quickly and efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction and business continuity.
