Alligator Heavyweight Pallets have 3 unwelded robust runners, compatible with four-way forklifts to facilitate high racking warehouse storage and automated processes, enabling customers to save time and overheads. They are available with up to 8 corrosion resisting steel reinforcement profiles, to maximize their loading capacity, fitting every need. Alligator Heavyweight Pallets are designed with 12 anti-slip plugs to insure safety. Their open structure allows for easy cleaning in addition to interlocking popups for empty pallet stacking, thus space efficiency.
Material
Alligator Pallets are made of high quality UV resistant virgin HDPE to endure diverse loads and provide excellent impact resistance, insuring a long life cycle. HDPE is a highly developed thermoplastic material, allowing for perfect molding to fit individual requirements. It is resistant to acids, bases and chemicals, and remains stable in temperatures between -10 to +50 C.

Alligator Pallets are locally manufactured in accordance to ISO 9001 and complying with EU standards DIN EN840, insuring safety of usage and high quality material endurance.
