Long Service Life
Manufactured from virgin HDPE as in injection-molded one piece design, enduring deep freezing and heat, ranging from -10C to +50C, in addition to its chemical resistance properties, allowing for a high number of trips per pallet.
Hygienic Choice
The ventilated open structure allows for easy cleaning and sanitization. HDPE is known to be resilient against rot, moisture, and chemicals, making it ideal for biosafety, and more durable than hardwood.
Rackable & Stackable Design
They have a high storage capacity (19 Pallets= 1m height), facilitating easy warehouse storage and maximum space utilization.

Design
Alligator Light EU Pallets have an open structure to allow for high stacking and promote space efficiency. They are designed to facilitate warehouse storage and reduce freight/ shipping costs. Their design is compatible with four-way forklifts, enabling customers to save time and overheads.
Material
Alligator Pallets are made of high quality UV resistant virgin HDPE to endure diverse loads and provide excellent impact resistance, insuring a long life cycle. HDPE is a highly developed thermoplastic material, allowing for perfect molding to fit individual requirements. It is resistant to acids, bases and chemicals, and remains stable in temperatures between -40°C to +70 °C.

Alligator Pallets are locally manufactured in accordance to ISO 9001 and complying with EU standards DIN EN840, insuring safety of usage and high quality material endurance. They are also referred to as EURO pallets as their size is recommended by the European Trade Institute as standard for the EU industry.
